Weight Loss

How it works

Eligibility first. Medication only if prescribed.

  1. 01

    Eligibility

Share your state, goals, and health history. The first month is charged when you submit.

  2. 02

    Clinical review

Your June NP reviews your case. Some states need a short video visit first. Prefer brand? We collect your pharmacy during charting. If you do not qualify, the charge is refunded.

  3. 03

    If prescribed

Compounded ships to you. Brand goes to the pharmacy you chose. You pay them for the medication. Membership covers June’s service.

What you pay, and when

The first month is charged when you submit eligibility. Semaglutide is $199. Tirzepatide is $299. If the nurse practitioner does not approve you, that charge is refunded. Later months bill only while the membership stays active.

Who reviews your case

A dedicated June nurse practitioner reads your history, medications, and goals. Some states need a short video visit before a decision. You are not handed to a rotating inbox.

Compounded, if prescribed

Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for you and is not FDA-approved. Shipping is included. California orders go through A&O Specialty Pharmacy. Other states go through Miller’s Pharmacy when they can ship.

Brand, if you prefer it

You can ask for Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, or Mounjaro during charting. June sends an e-prescription to the pharmacy you choose. You pay that pharmacy for the medication. Membership dues stay the same and cover June’s care.

What a month includes

Clinical review, dose guidance when a prescription is appropriate, and a direct line back to the same nurse practitioner. Dues are cash-pay. June does not bill insurance for the membership.

If you are not a fit

Hard stops such as pregnancy, certain thyroid history, or a state we do not serve end the case before a charge. If the nurse practitioner declines after review, the charge from submit is refunded and you are not enrolled.

Membership includes

  • Dedicated nurse practitioner oversight
  • Clinical review and ongoing dose guidance when appropriate
  • Compounded shipping included when prescribed
  • Clear cash-pay dues, with no insurance billing for membership

Common questions

Is this covered by insurance?

No. Membership is cash-pay. HSA/FSA may work depending on your plan administrator.

Compounded vs brand?

Membership is for June’s clinical service either way. Compounded is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for you and is not FDA-approved. Shipping is included when prescribed. Brand (Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, Mounjaro®) is an option you can request during charting. We e-prescribe to your pharmacy, and you pay that pharmacy the full medication cost.

Do I need a video visit?

Many states allow review with telehealth consent. Some require video. We’ll show what’s needed for your state.

Am I guaranteed a prescription?

No. The first month is charged when you submit. Medication is prescribed only if appropriate. If you are not approved, that charge is refunded.

Where is this available?

In states where June already offers tox treatments and our clinical NP is licensed. You’ll see eligible states at checkout.

Important safety information

Important safety information: GLP-1 medicines may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, and decreased appetite. Serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney injury from dehydration, severe allergic reaction, and a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors. Do not use if you or a family member have medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Seek emergency care for severe abdominal pain or allergic symptoms. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. In California, compounded prescriptions require a documented patient-specific clinically significant difference versus a commercial product. Full prescribing information applies to FDA-approved products when dispensed. Membership dues are cash-pay and do not guarantee a prescription. Brand medication cost is paid to your pharmacy, not June.
