Weight Loss

Check eligibility

A dedicated nurse practitioner, transparent monthly dues, and medication only if prescribed. Online eligibility is not open yet. Preview membership options and how care works on the program pages.

01

Where you are

Your state decides whether compounded care, brand care, or a video visit is available. We only enroll where June already offers tox and the clinical nurse practitioner is licensed.

02

Health history

Height, weight, medications, and the answers that screen for pregnancy, thyroid cancer history, and other hard stops. Those answers are what the nurse practitioner charts from.

03

The medication you want reviewed

Semaglutide at $199 a month, or tirzepatide at $299 a month. Compounded is the default when prescribed. You can ask for a brand pen during charting and pay your pharmacy for it.

04

Payment up front

The first month is charged when you submit. If the nurse practitioner does not approve care, that charge is refunded and you are not enrolled. Immediate hard stops are declined before the charge.

    Eligibility

Share your state, goals, and health history. The first month is charged when you submit.

  2. 02

    Clinical review

Your June NP reviews your case. Some states need a short video visit first. Prefer brand? We collect your pharmacy during charting. If you do not qualify, the charge is refunded.

  3. 03

    If prescribed

Compounded ships to you. Brand goes to the pharmacy you chose. You pay them for the medication. Membership covers June’s service.

Important safety information

Important safety information: GLP-1 medicines may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, and decreased appetite. Serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney injury from dehydration, severe allergic reaction, and a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors. Do not use if you or a family member have medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Seek emergency care for severe abdominal pain or allergic symptoms. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. In California, compounded prescriptions require a documented patient-specific clinically significant difference versus a commercial product. Full prescribing information applies to FDA-approved products when dispensed. Membership dues are cash-pay and do not guarantee a prescription. Brand medication cost is paid to your pharmacy, not June.
